A family taco shop rooted in Arizona
Paco's Tacos & Sip started as a family-owned spot in Mesa with a simple idea: make great food from fresh ingredients and pair it with a real drink. That's still exactly what we do — now across two locations in the Valley.
The food we're known for
Our menu is focused on purpose — tacos, burritos, and quesadillas made with ingredients that actually taste like something. The queso birria tacos became our signature fast, and they've kept people coming back ever since.
The sip in our name
We've always believed a great taco deserves a great drink — which is why we built out a full bar from the start. Margaritas on tap, Cantaritos in clay cups, Palomas, and Mexican beers on draft.
Two locations, same promise
